Gon Walks Among Us
Who truly knows? If jesus walked among us, would we ever truly know God? Or is he just an incase daddy' didn’t pay la cuenta?
For the majority of my life, I have been a believer of God “just in case”. What I mean with this is that I didn’t really believe in him but I did not want to be wrong so I kept some reservations about whether or not he's real. Well that has changed within the past year, in fact I became so in tune with the idea of a singular creator that I began to merge the aspects of science that I loved - such as Quantum Mechanics and the Bible. One of the things I have wondered very often is the body of the Lord and how it is that we may consume it. In John 6 NIV it states:
Jesus said to them, “Very truly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. 54 Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day. 55 For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink. 56 Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in them. 57 Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me. 58 This is the bread that came down from heaven. Your ancestors ate manna and died, but whoever feeds on this bread will live forever.”
Maybe Jesus was not talking about literally chunking pieces off of his body and beginning to eat it. At least, not in his human form I don’t think that was. However, I then began thinking about it in a more scientific way and how it is this could be fully thought out as possible.
One idea is that the body of the Lord is the very earth that we now inhabit and that Jesus walked upon those many years ago, so when we plant seeds and grow our crops and mill our wheat, and eat our bread we are intently eating from his body. Similarly, an analogy for his blood could be made through the waters we drink, the juices we squeeze, and all the beverages that we consume here on earth. Now I know you might be wondering what QM has to do with all of this? Well the idea of entanglement, I believe, plays a central role in the Lord both being able to walk the earth and simultaneously being the earth itself. This is also a possibility as to why he knew he was the son of the Father. Practicing and living out this possibility has allowed me to be more grateful about the food I consume and beverages I drink. It has also allowed me to gain a more personal connection with God as I begin actively practicing that gratitude and speaking with the power within my mind, analyzing my thoughts and behaviors to change them into good.
Another idea is that the body of the Lord is constantly growing through a variety of quantum dimensions and when he crosses each of the thresholds, he essentially discards parts of his body. Suppose these parts of his body then become food to us due to the dimension having no notion of what they are once he leaves that area. This idea is more in tune with the QMs established within the movie Antman, and how a whole world or universe could inhabit a space no larger than our thumbs. Depending on how the science works out (which the inner workings of is far beyond the scope of this blog), this could be continuously done to the point where everyday when we prepare ourselves food and our coffees, we could be intaking from the Lord, instead of manna which is stated may kill the soul.
